The purpose of this article is to explain why line-ups, results, live timing or points may not be appearing in the app.
Some of the reasons include:
- The app is a direct feed from the scorer of the track. If the scorer has not input information yet, it will not appear in the app. If the track is not running transponders or isn't using MRP Live, the live timing data will not appear.
- If the scorer has input information but the track page is still blank, swipe down on that page to refresh it and the information will appear
- Make sure your data is turned on for the MyRacePass app in your general phone settings.
