What do I do if MRP Live won't connect to Orbits?



  • Check to see if you are connected to a decoder box. 
  • Make sure the IP Address and TCP/IP port match. You’ll need to take the information from Orbits and put it into the Live Application. In the example above, the IP Address didn’t match. You can find these settings in the Scoreboard Settings window in Orbits. Sometimes you might see more than one IP Address. In that case, try them one at a time to see which one is correct.
