This article documents the process of managing contact messages received through the profile contact page.
When a user submits a contact form, the message is mailed to the address in the subject and stored within the application. Stored messages can be subsequently read or deleted. Read about adding form subjects here.
Filter Messages - In the Filter Messages form on the left, enter a keyword and click Filter to display messages with the keyword in the message subject or body.
View Message - Click the message name to view the message details.
Delete Message - Delete a message by clicking the red X icon on the right.
Status - Determine if a message has been read by viewing the read/unread icon in the Status column.
